This was my first experience with Industry and Supply (IS). The sticker and quality is outstanding. The personalized note was a super touch. Given the price point for the sticker…well above my expectations. The initial sticker sent went MIA for a period…I contacted Sam and he sent out a new one….the first showed up finally and was missing from the package due to, perhaps, going through a sorter…package showed up in pieces. Sam refunded me and the new sticker showed up several days later. Customer service is paramount these days and IS exemplifies the customer service experience. I would not hesitate buyer future items from IS and also recommending them. Grateful, Blaine
